Abstract:Developing faculty training across 12 community colleges can be a daunting task, given the institutions' varied resources, demographics, and organizational cultures. This presentation will describe how our system's Teaching and Learning Team uses a stakeholder-driven training approach to create faculty development initiatives and resources in an inclusive, collaborative environment.
