Abstract:

The Quilt and StateNets, representing 30 state and regional research and education networks, submitted comments to the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) concerning the administration and criteria for the Broadband Technology Opportunities Program (BTOP). BTOP will issue over $4.7B in awards to eligible entities to develop and expand broadband services to unserved and underserved areas.
