Abstract:The College of New Jersey's portal GUI design is driven by a comprehensive usability strategy that places our end users at the center of the design process. Our goal is to continually streamline business processes by improving usability to key transactions and other intranet resources. This presentation will focus on the design process we followed in implementing the PeopleSoft HRMS portal. The usability principles and approach we discuss are transferable to any application development process.
