Wireless Internet: Is the US Falling Behind? Recommendations for Action for Improvements to Wireless Internet Access

Dewayne Hendricks, who heads the technical approach to the AN-MSI Wireless Project, wrote this one-pager on behalf of the AN-MSI project and submitted it to the Internet Caucus Advisory Committee (ICAC) on April 19, 2002. This document is in response to a request for one-pagers on the topic of the ICAC Wireless Group's first event (held April 25, 2002): "The Wireless Internet: Is the US Falling Behind?". The one-pagers will be compiled into "book" form and distributed to congressional staff.
