EDUCAUSE Southeast Regional Conference 2011EDUCAUSE Southeast Regional Conference 2011 Working Together to Manage Increased Complexity with Finite Resources Proceedings Available: Also, The eleventh annual EDUCAUSE Southeast Regional Conference, June 1–3, 2011, in Charlotte, North Carolina, connected colleagues from the region in a successful effort to share ideas and experiences. The program explored how it takes innovation, exemplary management skills, and a strong collaborative professional network to succeed on today's campuses as projects and services become more amorphous and/or complex and as resources diminish or disappear. This year's conference, "Working Together to Manage Increased Complexity with Finite Resources," looked at concrete ways you can "do more with less" by leveraging the benefits of networking, professional development, and applied understandings of cloud computing and other emerging trends and technologies.

NEW! - CIO and Executive IT Leader Roundtable, Wednesday, June 1, 2:30–5:00 p.m. This event brought higher education CIOs and executive IT leaders together for an informal roundtable discussion on current issues and campus challenges, as well as provided additional networking opportunities before and after. Fredrick Miller and Jeanne Skul facilitated. (Please note: This event was limited to 35 college and university CIOs and executive IT leaders and separate registration and fee were required.) Who Should Attend?The Southeast Regional Conference was designed for higher education IT professionals who work in: administration, cybersecurity, information systems, information technology infrastructure, IT leadership and management, library systems, policy, and teaching and learning. Preconference seminars begin the morning of June 1, with the full conference program June 1–3, 2011. Make the most of your visit to Charlotte.
