User Services Constituent Group

This EDUCAUSE constituent group provides participants with an opportunity to share ideas and concerns about supporting individual users of information technologies. Topics include help desk management, training, hardware and software standards, and supporting varying levels of computer literacy. This group meets at the EDUCAUSE annual conference and uses the electronic discussion list to discuss issues throughout the year.
