The EDUCAUSE West/Southwest Regional Conference will be held February 22-24 in Portland, Oregon, and online. It is a combined event and will include attendees from both regions. Large and small institutions representing administrative services, information resources, teaching and learning, technology infrastructure, and management will be at the conference. If you are designated as a corporate contact for your organization, you can obtain an electronic copy of your corporate participation invoice or receipt.

Presentations

Corporate and Campus Solutions Presentations

  • $1,700 members
  • $1,950 nonmembers

Presented by a corporation in conjunction with their client institution, these 45-minute presentations should address technology challenges and solutions from the institution's perspective. These presentations run concurrently with other conference sessions.
Benefits: One complimentary registration for attendance to all sessions and functions.

Poster Sessions - Sold Out

  • $1,700 members
  • $1,950 nonmembers

The poster session area includes 12–18 tabletop displays for both corporations and institutions and takes place for one hour while attendees enjoy coffee and dessert. The event will be announced in the program. This is a great opportunity to convey the latest technologies and campus success stories.

Corporate Displays - Sold Out

  • $2,100 members
  • $2,350 nonmembers

Corporate tabletop displays will be set for the first two days of the conference, located in high-traffic areas where refreshments breaks occur. EDUCAUSE provides a 6' table, wireless access, and basic electricity.
