Target Your Prospects
Use of the EDUCAUSE member database for direct marketing is one of the most targeted ways to reach thousands of IT professionals in higher education. You can now select your prospects by title, geographic location, size of university, and many other user-defined criteria and demographics. Submit your request, and we create a targeted list to help you promote your products and services to one of the largest higher education IT databases available.
Rates
EDUCAUSE member mailing lists, provided to users in electronic format, are available to EDUCAUSE members only at a rate of $125 per every 1,000 names. All orders are subject to a one-time set up fee of $50.
Use
As part of the mailing list request process, you will be asked to submit a copy of the mailing or marketing piece that you intend to send to the list. Only mailings that are consistent with the EDUCAUSE mission will be approved.
Note: EDUCAUSE mailing lists are provided for one-time use only. Under no circumstances are the data to be incorporated into any databases or maintained for any other use not provided for in the following agreement.
One-time Use List Agreement
One-time Use List Agreement (the "Agreement"): List rental requestor (the "Renter") agrees that this EDUCAUSE member list (the "List") request is for a single use and shall be used only once by the Renter's company or organization (or their designated mail house vendor). Renter agrees that neither its mail house vendor nor its company will reproduce, distribute or retain the List, in whole or in part, in any form or manner, nor will it disclose, transfer, or retain copies either on paper or in any electronic format (including, but not limited to computers, databases, internet files or other) for any purpose, excluding the one-time use provided for in this Agreement, whatsoever. Renter understands and agrees that the List is seeded to protect against abuse and does not contain e-mail addresses or telephone numbers, and will incur a penalty fee of $2,500 if the List is used for any purpose outside the terms of this Agreement. Further, if Renter is a Corporate Member of EDUCAUSE, any use of the List not in accordance with this Agreement may result in loss of this member status by Renter. All mailings will be submitted and reviewed by EDUCAUSE, and EDUCAUSE shall retain the right to refuse any and all aspects of the mailing for any reason. Renter agrees the List is to be used to promote products or services representing only the above Renter and Renter's company, and may not reference EDUCAUSE, nor infer any endorsement of the company or its products by EDUCAUSE in any manner.
