This committee's charge is to develop a slate of candidates for election to the EDUCAUSE Board of Directors, structure the election, and announce the results.

The candidate selection process requires a commitment to diversity. Appointees to this committee should be knowledgeable about leaders and emerging leaders within the membership. Past Board members are potential committee members. (9 members, 3-year terms)
