    • 8:15-9:45 a.m.: Unified Communications
      This session will look at the current state of unified communications in higher education. Speakers will discuss latest technology trends, use cases of current/recent UC deployments, and more.
    • 9:45-10:15 a.m.: Break
    • 10:15-11:45 a.m.: Emergency Communications Management & The Clery Act
      In this session, ACTI-CCM co-chair Mark Katsouros will lead discussion of recent updates in emergency communications management, focusing on emergency notification systems (ENS), and implications of the Clery Act for emergency communications and beyond.
    • 11:45 p.m. - 12:45 p.m.: Lunch
    • 1 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.: ACTI Update
      During this all-ACTI meeting, hear short updates from each of the ACTI working groups about their work thus far in 2012 and where they will be focusing next. This session is open to anyone interested in learning more about ACTI.
    • 2:30-2:45 p.m.: Break
    • 2:45-3:45 p.m.: DAS Focus
      Panel discussion on current issues, trends, and installations of DAS. We will also provide opportunities for discussion on a recently published report on DAS from ACTI-CCM.
    • 3:45-4:45 p.m.: WHAMP
      An open discussion among attendees on “What’s Happening At My Place” with respect to the technologies discussed today and CCM technologies in general. Facilitator: Steve Updegrove
