"To serve, to lead, to innovate": living up to this purpose articulated in 1998 for Information Technology Services at NYU seemed a reasonable challenge. Then context changed: for the economy, for higher education, for scholarship, for technology. This session will discuss how NYU's initiative to become a cost-effective global network university is driving innovations in ITS processes and services that are essential to fulfilling its purpose for the new decade and offer insight about what's ahead.
