Above-campus services have moved from the planning stages to production services, which include offerings from commercial suppliers, community organizations, and campus partnerships. This session will review the lessons learned in negotiating, developing, deploying, pricing, and consuming these services. We will distill recent experiences into actionable steps to create economically efficient above-campus solutions.
