Theme(s): Effective leadership/management
Does your organization have less than a 100% success rate for projects? It may be the process, or lack thereof, that's contributing to failure. This seminar will focus on project management and the tools that can be used to help increase the success rate in organizations of all sizes. Participants acquire hands-on experience with project management as they work with team members to understand the concepts presented. This interactive session will also focus on ways that project management can be applied at organizations of all sizes without becoming bound by red tape that can hinder the project from being accomplished. Participants can ask questions and gain insight from others while learning how to implement and measure the benefits at their home institutions.
