Carnegie Mellon's Planning and Project Management Office in the central IT Computing Services division recently evaluated the product delivery offerings for its project and portfolio management software application. The analysis weighed the costs and benefits associated with continuing to run the SaaS application model versus migrating to an in-house solution.
