Using a case-based approach, a panel of higher education administrators (all Frye Leadership Institute Class of 2009 alumni) will leverage insight gained from the Frye Institute and their own experiences transitioning into new positions to discuss seeking out, preparing for, and achieving success in a new leadership position.
