A centralized, community knowledge-sharing wiki provides best practices and recommendations for IT professionals in higher education. Many institutions face very similar challenges in providing IT services. The centralized wiki (www.educause.edu/wiki/sharing) provides an organized approach to collecting and disseminating best practices to professionals in higher education.
