Agile methodologies have invaded most IT organizations, but finding the right fit is a challenge. At the Web and Application Services unit within the UC Office of the President, we struggled to find balance between development initiatives and maintenance activities. OUTCOMES: Learn about the differences between Scrum and Kanban principles * Identify strategic actions and decisions needed to select an appropriate agile methodology for the right type of work * Learn why an adjusted approach makes sense for higher education
