EDUCAUSE Game Changers Business Competition
You can help shape the future of higher education! During the first-ever EDUCAUSE Game Changers Business Competition, you have an opportunity to see presentations from innovative
start-up companies and vote for the one you feel is best addressing a critical need in higher education. Your vote can help the company spread the word about their technology solutions.
What Is It?
During EDUCAUSE 2012, the association is again hosting Start-Up Alley, a special section of the conference exhibit floor where 30 higher ed technology start-up companies will showcase their new products and services to attendees. A select group of these companies will be competing in the EDUCAUSE Game Changers Business Competition, co-hosted by Google. Contestants will present their business plans, along with their product and services, to a panel of judges and EDUCAUSE 2012 attendees for a chance to win marketing-related prizes from EDUCAUSE and Google. The panel of judges will look at two key criteria as they cast their votes:
- How well did the company identify a problem, challenge, or inefficiency in higher education
- How did the company apply technology to address and/or improve the identified issue
Here's how you can get involved in the competition.
If you are attending EDUCAUSE 2012 in Denver, join us for the live presentations.
