EDUCAUSE 2013 allows for convenient online hotel reservations through the Event XL system. Hotel rooms range from $126 to $213 per night plus applicable taxes.

This feature shows you all of the EDUCAUSE 2013 hotels and their distances to the convention center on a map of the area. You can narrow the list of hotels based on room availability dates, by price, or by specific hotel brand, and for each hotel you can access information about amenities provided, optional services, cancellation policies, and more.

In order to access the hotel reservation system, you will first need to register for the conference. If you have already registered for the conference, you may:

Conference Hotels

Below is the list of hotels and conference block room rates. All hotels are within walking distance to the Anaheim Convention Center.

The Housing site provides real-time information from the automated system about room availability and prevents overbookings. This reservation system provides equal and fair access to the available rooms and ensures that those committed to attending EDUCAUSE 2013 will be able to reserve a room in the block.

Please Note: By booking through the official housing block, you're supporting your association by avoiding fees that result from significant sections of the room blocks being reserved but left unfilled or canceled at the time of the conference. EDUCAUSE strives to have a simple and efficient online housing reservation system and on-site registration, which will make your check-in at Anaheim a breeze!

Important Reservation Details

Credit Card Guarantee: A credit card is required to guarantee housing reservations. Cancellations received after September 6th will be assessed a fee of $150 USD. Cancellations made by web, e-mail, or fax on or before the 6th of September will not be charged the cancellation fee. Cancellations must be received by the hotel within 72 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid a full night's room and tax penalty along with the $150 EDUCAUSE cancellation fee.

Confirmations: If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation, your reservation is incomplete and you should contact the EDUCAUSE Housing Bureau directly, toll-free, at 866-229-2386 or e-mail educause@experient-inc.com.

Cancellations: Cancellation of your conference registration does not mean cancellation of your hotel reservation. You must cancel each separately. This guarantees up-to-date information from the automated system about room availability and prevents overbookings. This system will also minimize future increases in conference fees that result from significant sections of the room blocks being reserved but left unfilled or canceled at the time of the conference.

Contacting Your Hotel: Please do not call your hotel directly regarding your reservation until after September 20, 2013, as they will not have any information until that time. Rest assured that if you have received a confirmation e-mail, the hotel will honor your booking.
