Technical Requirements

To Participate You Will Need

Internet:
A high-speed WIRED connection (wireless and/or dial-up are not recommended)

Audio:
Computer speakers

Back-up audio:
A reliable telephone line and a conference phone if you are participating as a team (as an audio alternative for the Adobe Connect sessions)

Screen resolution:
1280 x 768 recommended

Run four system checks:

  1. Virtual Conference Center System Check. Proxy server port 1935 must be open. If proxy server port 1935 is blocked or unavailable, INXPO’s platform will automatically tunnel to port 80.   2. Sonic Foundry Mediasite Player (webcasts). Test your audio and video connection on the computer you plan to use.
  3. 323link Player (webcasts). Install the latest version of Flash. Test your audio and video connection on the computer you plan to use.
  4. Adobe Connect Connection Test (exclusive online sessions). If you have problems completing the test or installing required software, please visit the Adobe Support website or call Adobe Connect Technical Support at 800-945-9120.
