Why would we eat ants

Created by Andrew Riker (WordStream) on September 28, 2011

Read an interesting article the other day ripped from the Guardian, explaining why insects are considered gross and even though we don't eat them, we should because of the health benefits they have. Let me preface this by saying I am really not a picky eater, I eat everything I run across that doesn't have cold blood oozing from it but the US will never have a day where you'll see Grasshoppers in the deli dection of Wholefoods.

Really, are we that desperate for food World?
