EDUCAUSE, ACUTA, and Internet2 today sent an open letter to Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Chairman Julius Genachowski in which the organizations expressed strong support for the Chairman's recent announcement that the FCC will initiate a public proceeding on the question of net neutrality.
