Survival Training for New Higher Ed IT Managers

The EDUCAUSE Survival Training for New Managers one-day seminar will help new higher education IT managers get up to speed. The seminar, presented by Dr. Marilu Goodyear of the University of Kansas, will be held in Madison on Nov. 10 and Tempe on Dec. 8. Topics covered will include management and leadership, organizational change, delegation, and managing time and priorities.
