Blackboard to integrate better with Microsoft educational offerings.

Blackboard have issued a press release announcing a joint development project intended to help academic institutions achieve a higher degree of integration and interoperability between their respective portal and collaboration products with Microsoft.

As far as I can tell, all the noise is coming from the Blackboard side of this, rather than the Microsoft side. It is interesting that they completely fail to mention which "standards" they are intending to use.
