Suitability of Creative Commons for the UK Public SectorCreated by Stuart Yeates (University of Oxford) on October 11, 2005
A new report from the Common Information Environment Group (a joint venture between: UK e-Science, JISC, the British Library, the Museums, Libraries and Archives Council (MLA) and the National electronic Library for Health) studies the Suitability of Creative Commons for the UK Public Sector. Having read the Executive Summary and the Recommendations, the report is comprehensively positive about content reuse and the creative commons as a licence to enable reuse.
