The National Science Foundation's Office of Experimental Program to Stimulate Competitive Research has announced it is making grants available for the EPSCoR Research Infrastructure Improvement Program: Inter-Campus and Intra-Campus Cyber Connectivity (RII C2). The grant notice specifies that projects must comply with special reporting requirements and other non-standard terms and conditions mandated under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA), which is also known as the economic stimulus package.
