I've been doing some research on administrative IT systems that serve for student, personnel and financial information management, and am getting some pretty good insights to capability from vendors. However, we really need to find out what's working for academic institutions themselves.For those of you who have recently installed new systems, are in the throws of installing a system or even those who are doing the research to acquire a new IT system(s), I'd like to have a conversation about what has worked well for you, what didn't work well, and even what went terribly wrong.Any thoughts?
