Ett pass som lovade mycket. Principerna för hur man gör en projektmodell skalbar över projektstorlek. Men passet levererar inte. Tydligen hade Rochester stora ambitioner men inte nått ända fram. På det stora hela går det att känna igen sig i resonemangen kring vilka frågor som man brottas med i samband med strategisk alignment av projektverksamhet. Men det gav få svar.
