Transitions | EDUCAUSE

My 40something birth day is coming up soon and I decided to move from the Corporate world to the higher education setting and follow my passion in the area of Information Security. I picked my birth day to start my new job as the Director of InfoSec for UC. Not sure what that means but it just felt right, you know? I am a bit sad to be leaving my P&G family behind but also very excited about the new position and creating an Information Security program from the ground up. I have been an adjunct for about 14 years now and have always loved the campus environment. It excites me that I will be able to spend more time in a community of learners.
