New EDUCAUSE Constituent Groups Formed: Women in IT and iTunes UCreated by Peggy Kurkowski (EDUCAUSE) on July 9, 2009
EDUCAUSE announces two new constituent groups. Deborah Keyek-Franssen, University of Colorado at Boulder, heads up the Women in IT group, which focuses on effective practices in the recruitment, retention, and advancement of women in higher education IT. Along with John Culshaw, also from the University of Colorado, Keyek-Frassen also leads the iTunes U group, which evaluates emerging practices for the implementation of iTunes U in postsecondary education.
