A recent news article focused on the partnership between Breakthrough Models Incubator graduate UNE and local business, Bangor Savings Bank.
The University of New England, one of the 2014 Breakthrough Models Incubator teams, has applied competency-based education to increase the success of professional development. UNE recently launched an online professional development program in partnership with local New England bank, Bangor Savings.
UNE developed competency-based education modules to educate the bank’s workers and supplement their skills. The program increases an employee’s leadership and business communications skills.
