New Compliance Resource -- Higher Education Compliance Alliance

Yesterday, EDUCAUSE, the National Association of College and University Attorneys (NACUA), and a partnership of 20 higher education associations launched the Higher Education Compliance Alliance, a new online resource devoted to helping higher education community with federal law and regulation compliance.

Federal regulations touch every facet of college and university operations, from employment law to export controls, from international programs to student affairs, from tax issues to accreditation. Dozens of national higher education associations monitor these regulations and produce valuable resources to help their members achieve compliance.

The Higher Education Compliance Alliance website is designed to be a continuously updated resource for administrators and others on campus seeking to understand their compliance obligations. The website will aggregate compliance news and resources from participating associations. It will include advice from college and university attorneys and risk managers.

View the list of participating organizations and learn more on the Higher Education Compliance Alliance website.
