In December 2010, the FCC adopted rules to preserve Internet freedom and openness, which are also referred to as network neutrality rules. In this free hour-long session, “Continuing Uncertainty Under FCC Network Neutrality Rules,” we'll consider the FCC's intent in adopting these rules and why it's not clear how well that intent will be realized.
