E08 Podcast: An Interview with Becky Vasquez - Measuring Usability: Life After Deploying Your Portal

This six minute podcast features an interview with Becky Vasquez, Director of Student and Technology Services at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University's Worldwide Campus held intranet usability studies that supported a redesign project and provided an environment that was backed by human factors and real-world use of their intranet. This conversation reviews the methodology, test results, and improvements implemented from the results. Materials from her EDUCAUSE 2008 Annual Conference presentation, "Measuring Usability: Life After Deploying Your Portal," are also available.
