In this conversation with Adrian Alexander, dean of the McFarlin Library at the University of Tulsa, she talks about the ways this shift is effecting the traditional relationship between librarians and faculty. A reference of interest in this conversation is to the report by Ithaka for the Association of Research Libraries, "The Current Models of Digital Scholarly Communication."
