How to Put Balance Back in Copyright
The new book, Reclaiming Fair Use: How to Put Balance Back in Copyright, by Patricia Aufderheide and Peter Jaszi attempts to traverse the often confusing landscape of copyright and fair use. In our conversation, Aufderheide touches on how instructors can take advantage of fair use when designing their curriculum and the difference between fair use and creative commons. You can find more on the book at the Center for Social Media.
