This system serves twelve colleges in Connecticut. In this conversation, Spelke touches on strategic alignment, the realities of serving faculty and users, and the role technology plays in such a large system of campuses. Since this interview, Spelke has accepted a position as Interim CIO for Southern Connecticut State University.
