An interview with Joyce Ray of IMLS

In this 20 minute recording, we'll hear from Joyce Ray, Deputy Director for Library Services at the U.S. Institute of Museum and Library Services.  Among other things, we'll talk about their work with the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, their Librarians for the 21st Century program, and the conference they hosted at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina.
