Frontline Staff
Your role does not manage other people or projects and you work as part of a team or as an individual contributor. You are looking for opportunities to become involved in the broader higher education IT community, find a mentor, and be proactive in your career development.
Management
You're a manager or supervisor of projects and/or teams. You are looking for ways to engage with colleagues to share ideas, find proven solutions, enhance your skill sets, or explore the latest research and IT trends.
