Adobe Connect Technical Requirements
To participate you will need:
- Internet: A high speed wired internet connection (wireless and/or dial-up may cause poor performance).
- Audio: Computer speakers.
- Backup audio: When speakers are using a phone line, you will see a phone icon in the top bar. If you need an audio alternative or backup, use a reliable telephone line (preferably landline), or a conference phone when participating as a team. If speakers are on computer mics, you will see a microphone icon next to the speaker’s name. Audio will be exclusively available via your computer speakers. If you have audio difficulties, visit the Audio Troubleshooting page.
- Adobe Connect: Run this Connection Test. If you have problems completing the test or installing required software, visit the Adobe Support website or call Adobe Technical Support at 800-945-9120.
- Cookies enabled in your web browser. Other operating system, browser, and software requirements are below.

- BlackBerry devides are not supported. You can still install Connect Mobile 1.7.5 on a PlayBook.
