Hi all,
I'm wondering if anyone has had any experience with completely outsourcing printing in general purpose computer labs? I'd be especially interested in getting the best pricing for students – also in whether anyone provides a revenue-share back to the institution? SLA's or other agreements would be great to look at as well.
Thanks,
-p

Hi Paul,

Our folks say:

I know there are company's out there that handle the entire printing process and we have looked into a couple of them in the past. In fact, we are considering a company out of Chicago area to provide us with maintenance, supplies and printers but haven't made a decision to make the move as we are happy with our current situation.
