Have any of you used this technique or a similar technique?  I would like to talk about it tomorrow on the call.

It looks like it is an interesting way to show that the high-level, shiny objects that people want run through the infrastructure projects that are hard to fund.  You could imagine drawing a map through SOA from a lot of initiatives for example.

No - but I like it and this is timely - I am working on our roadmap process right now.

I'd also ask, has anyone used this - http://www.executiveboard.com/information-technology/it-roadmap-builder/index.html ?

Thanks,
Rich
