Have any of you used this technique or a similar technique?  I would like to talk about it tomorrow on the call.

It looks like it is an interesting way to show that the high-level, shiny objects that people want run through the infrastructure projects that are hard to fund.  You could imagine drawing a map through SOA from a lot of initiatives for example.
