Everyone,

Thanks for the call yesterday.  I attached a model we use to breakdown the links from strategy-business-technology required to deliver an initiative.  If you take the Gartner dot diagram and drill into one of the dots, I could see using our model to explain the project/initiative to all levels of stakeholders.
I would really appreciate some feedback on this model.

Thanks in advance,
Leo

A few months ago I asked for info on portals. I received a reply back with some great information on uPortal.
I am now looking to see if anyone on this list is using liferay or myCampus (CampusEAI) portal solutions.
Looking for school experiences with vendors, integrators, portal products etc.

I thought I would check here among this group first.

Thanks,

Kevin,

The U Maine system is implementing CEAI's enterprise portal on our 7 campuses with a different branding and services delivered for each campus. I'd be happy to talk to you about some of our experiences.
