Not wanting to hijack the discussion but – we’re using Hyland’s Onbase, and it seems a bit “overkill” for us.  How/why did you all opt for ImageNow….??  Are they comparable products?

Server OS: UNIX (Solaris)
Database: Oracle 10g - soon to be upgraded to 11.2 on Oracle Exadata
eForms: No but we have quite a few Worksheets
Linked to SIS: No. We have quite a few integrations with PeopleSoft Student, HR, and Financial
