Message from thomas.danford@tbr.edu

Last year we performed a study that identified a number of business processes that we would like to refine for our community colleges and now we’re looking for consultancies that can assist us in the effort. If you’ve created/issued an RFP for business process re-engineering or business process management I’d greatly appreciate it if you could share it with me. Additionally, if you’ve recently done a similar project and have a consultancy you’d like to recommend please pass the name along as well.

Consultancies/vendors reading this thread, I have no problem with you contacting me, but please for the love of all that’s holy DO IT OFF THE LIST!

Thanks everyone for any help you can provide.
