Greetings,

Has anyone had experience in provisioning campus email accounts to the employees of auxiliary or third party organizations (such as bookstores, food services) operating on your campus?

I would appreciate if you could share your policy governing this issue or your implementation strategies.

Thank you,

Charles

We supply campus email accounts to management of our dining services vendor. The rationale is to take advantage of campus resources and services (such as maintenance and help desk support). Campus notification and announcements are important for such on-site vendors to be aware of and as many of these are distributed through our portal they require accounts. Tom Thomas H.
