Theresa,

Good morning.  I write to ask for a (hopefully small) favor.

In past years Cynthia Golden has generously and graciously served as the session convener/moderator for my annual Campus Computing presentation at the EDUCAUSE conference.  This week Cynthia informed me that she will not be making the trip to Denver.  Her father's grandfather, who died in one of the concentration camps, will be honored in Germany for his resistance to the Nazis.  Cynthia and her family are going to Germany for the ceremonies, which are concurrent with the EDUCAUSE conference.

Your EDUCAUSE commitments permitting, I would be both honored and most appreciative if you would be willing to serve as the session convener.  The presentation is scheduled for Wednesday afternoon, November 7th, from 3:40 – 4:30.   Many thanks!

Regards,

Casey

How wonderful for Cynthia's family!

Theresa,

Not sure if you wanted this to go to everyone or not, but I would be willing to help you out as I plan to be at the conference.  Let me know if you need help.
