I apologize in advance for using this listserve for a technical/logistical question, but I suspect others may be encountering, or about to encounter, this question.

I have downloaded my schedule and opened it in Outlook and on the iPad but all the times appear to be mountain time;  they are neither the published session time or my time zone.  Also, all the sessions seem to have the start and end time the same and therefore the appointment has no duration.

Any suggestions are welcome.

Hope to see you tomorrow in Anaheim.

Regards,

Peter Shoudy

Hi Peter, I had the same trouble. I ended up downloading the Educuase iPad app which allows you to sync with your online profile (add sessions you have already selected). thanks, Bill ________________________________________________________________________________ Bill Harlow | Director of Academic Technology | COCE Southern New Hampshire University | 33 South Commercial Street | Manchester, NH 03101 p. 603.314.7880 | e. w.harlow@snhu.edu | snhu.edu ________________________________________
I too am going down the same steps, but the app for whatever reason isn't detecting my educause account even though I've verified it myself by logging into the educause website.  I'd actually prefer the app, if I could get it to sync to my account properly.

I had the same experience. Went to the iPad app (which works great on the iPad, but not on the iPhone for some reason.)

Good morning all, Couple of notes for this string. First off, we are working on the issue described with the iCal download from the session itinerary. Hope to that have resolved and a fix pushed out shortly. In regards to the question about registering and logging into the mobile app, the mobile app uses a separate registration from the EDUCAUSE website (http://www.educause.edu/annual-conference/mobile-application). This configuration was designed to remove web performance and SSO issues form hampering the app use. The process is outlined outlined below. How to download and "register" the app: 1. Download the conference mobile app. 2. "Register your mobile app". Using ANY email address and password, you'll first be asked to "register" the app on your device for authentication before use. (You only will need to do this once.) **IMPORTANT NOTE: If you want to sync the personal itinerary you created on the conference website to the app, you need to use the same e-mail you use for your EDUCAUSE website profile. 3. Click on the link in the verification e-mail you'll receive from the mobile app, and you’re ready to go! See you all in Anaheim. Best, Matthew Matthew Milliron, Ed.D. I just went into my calendar (Google calendar) and corrected each meeting (changing start time and setting length). It didn't take very long.
