Garth, Jarret,

I appreciate hearing about this from you today via this listserv, and along with you I regret that this has happened. Sadly, we are all in the IT business and as we have all learned (myself painfully at times) intrusions are a part of that business and they are inescapable. These notifications are not the type of thing that any of us enjoy doing, but I appreciate the way you are handing this, the mechanisms you have provided for learning more about the incident, and the ways in which I know both of you constantly go above and beyond in serving our membership. Thank you.

Please let me know if I can be helpful to you in responding to this incident or any other matter.

Best,

Timothy Chester

Vice President for Information Technology

Thanks Garth and Jarret for the communications.
We can best handle this by helping each other;  we are all ready to contribute if needed.
