Ellucian Recruiter Services Webinar
Colleagues,
Some of you may recall the messages to the list in late October related to the problems many had been having with their Datatel Recruiter implementations and subsequent concern about the change in product direction for the Ellucian BRM product.
Some of us had the opportunity to meet with Dana Hamerschlag from Ellucian at the Educause conference in Denver, and as a followup to that conversation, a webinar addressing the issues raised at that time has been scheduled for December 12th.

Webinar: An Update on Ellucian Recruiter Services
December 12, 2012 at 2 p.m. EST
Based on feedback from the community, we continue to make significant investments in Ellucian Recruiter services. Most recently, we have enhanced our Ellucian Recruiter implementation methodology to improve the implementation experience. We’ve added staff and expertise to increase quality and performance. And, we’ve expanded our capacity to manage a higher volume of implementation projects efficiently and effectively.
Join us to hear about changes to Ellucian Recruiter services including:
· Enhanced staffing and capacity for services delivery
· Standardized, consistent, and collaborative implementation approach
· Integrated project management, solution delivery, and governance
· New approach for managing and communicating project schedules and implementation dates
· Changes to end-user training model and rollout approach
· Risk mitigation and escalation processes coordinated with regional delivery directors
